摘要
针对上海长江隧道旁通道注浆管防水构造设计,对金属箍和法兰两种密封方式的防水性能进行了比较。通过自行设计和制作的试验系统,模拟了现场防水施工的全过程、测定了两种连接方式所能承受的水压力。根据试验结果和工程特点,推荐采用金属箍作为注浆管穿越支护层处的密封连接方式。
In the light of waterproofing design of through-wall grouting pipes in connecting channels of Shanghai Changjiang Tunnel, two ways of sealing with metal hoop and flange were compared in terms of waterproof performance. The two experimental systems were designed and made, simulating on-site waterproofing process and their heating capacity of hydrostatic pressure were measured. In consideration of test results and project characteristics, the metal hoop way was recommended.
