摘要 论述了多传感器信息融合的基本内涵,给出了集中式、分布式和混合式三种模型结构,并比较它们的优缺点。给出数据层、特征层、决策层三种融合层次的性能对比结果。对融合系统算法进行了分析。对诊断模型中的数据层融合故障检测、特征层融合故障识别、决策层融合故障定位作了详细的论述。在信息融合诊断方法中,重点对层次结构信息融合故障诊断作了进一步的挖掘和讨论。最后给出了先进制造系统的多级信息融合故障诊断的监控系统,并指出传感器组的设计及算法的选择仍是当前存在的主要问题。 The basic connotation of multi-sensor information fusion was discussed. Gave three model types of concentrated, distributed and mixed and compared their advantages and disadvantages. The performance comparative results of data level, characteristic level and decision level was given and the fusion system algorithm was analyzed. Discussed fault detection of data level fusion, failure recognition of characteristic level, fault location of decision level in diagnostic model. Researched fault detection of hierarchical structure information fusion. The monitoring system of failure diagnosis of multilevel information fusion in advanced manufacturing system is given, and point out sensor group design and algorithm selection are the main problems currently.
