摘要
以某公司重整装置五种不同工况的Cr5Mo工艺管道异质接头为研究对象,通过异质接头的显微组织和显微硬度的相关试验,发现了异质接头显微硬度呈规律性分布,并从异质接头焊接过程产生的贝氏体和马氏体淬硬组织及其长期高温服役过程在熔合线形成增脱碳层两个方面入手,对其显微硬度的分布规律作出了分析。
