摘要
采用带极埋弧堆焊对核电站稳压器半球形封头进行大面积超低碳奥氏体不锈钢耐蚀层堆焊,设计制造了专用装配胎具和辅助曲面垫板,配合100 t焊接变位器,采用ESAB焊机完成封头内壁整个曲面的堆焊。讨论了电流、电压、焊接速度、焊道搭接量和工件放置水平度对堆焊质量的影响。确定了合适的焊接参数,最终完成了两台稳压器4个封头内壁堆焊。
Strip cladding procedure with low carbon austenitic stainless was used to weld the head for pressurizer. The cladding in inner wall of head was finished through designing especial assemble tools and curve padding and using 100 t transformable machine. The effect case to cladding quality on current , voltage, cladding speed, overlap during bead and horizontal line were analyzed, and then applicable cladding parameter was brought out.
