不锈钢与镍合金压力容器晶间腐蚀敏感性检验标准的制订 被引量:3

摘要 此前不锈钢与镍合金压力容器晶间腐蚀敏感性检验原本就在进行着。GB/T 21433—2008《不锈钢压力容器晶间腐蚀敏感性检验》和JB/T 4756—2006附录G《镍合金容器的晶间腐蚀敏感性检验》两项标准(和附录)的制订只是将该检验标准化而已。两标准均以国内外工程研究和经验积累为依据。本文解释了压力容器检验标准和GB/T 4334试验方法标准的关系,并分析了压力容器检验和材料检验的区别。 Detections of susceptibility to intergranular corrosion in stainless steel and nickel alloy pressure vessels are always gone on before now. GB/T 21433-2008《Detecting susceptibility to intergranular corrosion in stainless steel pressure vessels》 and JB/T 4756-2006 annex G《 Detecting susceptibility to intergranular corrosion in nickel alloy vessels》 only make the detection standardization. The two standards are all based on native and foreign engineering research and background of experience. The connection between the detection standards for pressure vessels and GB/T 4334 standard of test methods is explained, and the difference between detection for pressure vessels and detection for materials is analyzed in this paper.
