摘要
利用理化分析方法对动力车间超高压动力锅炉水冷壁管的开裂原因进行了分析,结果表明:长期在高温下工作产生了严重的珠光体球化,甚至石墨化,致使材料组织老化,力学性能降低;在高温氧化和热疲劳的联合作用下产生了众多的环向和纵向裂纹。
The failure of water wall tubes in ultra - high pressure power boiler of power unit was analyzed by means of physical - chemical analysis methods. The results indicated that pearlite spheroidization was observed on tubes during long - time high temperature service, and even graphitization, It leads to the aging of materials and the decrease of mechanical properties.
