天然气加热炉盘管安全评价

Safety Assessment of Coiled Tube in Heating Furnace for Natural Gas

摘要 某天然气加热炉盘管经检测含多处腐蚀缺陷,用API 579-2000中的体积型缺陷评价方法对其进行了安全评价。评价结果表明:临界腐蚀深度为4.814 mm,所有检测到的腐蚀缺陷均可接受,盘管极限压力为30.82 MPa,检测周期为4.08年。 Much corrosion defect were found by detection in a coiled tube of heating furnace for natural gas. The coiled tube were evaluated with level 1 assessment procedures of a component with local metal loss of API 579 -2000. The assessment results show that: the critical depth of corrosion defect is 4.814 mm, and all of the corrosion defect are accepted under current operation state, the critical operation pressure of coiled tube is 30.82 MPa, the detecting interval of coiled tube is 4.08 year.
