偏心度与视力及后像下视力与汉字辨认能力关系的研究

Correlation of vision acuity with eccentric fixation degree and the threshold of Chinese character identification under afterimage in amblyopic children

目的探讨偏心注视患儿的偏心量与视力的关系及后像下视力与汉字辨认阈值的关系。方法选取在本院斜弱视专科进行偏心注视矫正训练的偏心注视患儿9例,使用海丁格刷引导定位的改良式后像治疗仪对患儿进行偏心矫正训练,每周监测偏心量与视力;让患儿在后像的条件下读不同大小字体文章,观察偏心注视患儿的汉字辨认阈值。结果经过半年治疗,9例患儿中基本治愈6例,好转2例,无效1例;根据偏心度数与视力得出的直线回归公式为^Y=0.174+0.132X;汉字辨认测试结果显示汉字辨认阈值与视力呈高度相关(r=0.960,P<0.01)。结论偏心度与视力存在线性关系;汉字辨认阈值约为视力对应E的2.5～3.0倍。

Objective To investigate the correlation of vision acuity with the degree of eccentric fixation, and the threshold of Chinese character identification under afterimage in amblyopic children, Methods Nine children with eccentric fixation were trained with a modified afterimage method using Haidinger Brush Orientation in our Amblyopia Training Unit. The eccentric degree and vision acuity were monitored weekly. Children were asked to read Chinese character of different size under afterimage, and the threshold of Chinese character identification was determined. Results After a half-year training, The eccentric fixation was cured in 6 children, improved in 2 children and no changes in 1 child. The linear regression between eccentric degree and vision acuity was Y =0.174＋0.132X. The threshold of Chinese character identification and vision acuity were highly correlated （r=0.960, P〈0.01）. Conclusion There is a linear relationship between eccentric degree and vision acuity. The threshold of Chinese character identification is 2.5- 3.0 times greater than E letter.
