喂养方式对6个月内早产婴儿体格发育的影响

摘要
目前普遍认为婴儿出生后早期的生长发育与将来的智力发育、出院后再住院率、成年期的糖尿病、心血管疾病等有关^[1-2]，因此，婴儿早期的喂养问题一直受到国内外有关专家的重视。为了解喂养方式对婴儿体格发育的影响，我们收集了近2年来我院儿童保健门诊就诊的早产儿和足月儿的临床资料，分别在生后不同时间段对其体格发育的指标进行比较和分析，现报道如下。
