交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干多段骨折23例分析

摘要
肱骨干骨折在四肢骨折中较为常见，传统的非手术治疗方法有夹板或石膏固定，但由于固定时间长，易引起肩肘关节功能障碍，已逐渐被切开复位钢板内固定及肱骨髓内钉内固定所取代。我院近年来使用交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干多段骨折23例，效果满意，现报道如下。
