摘要
针对自动扶梯金属结构的特点,提出主要的轻量化方法。着重研究对结构进行优化设计的轻量化方法,并以某一自动扶梯金属结构为对象,建立有限元模型,进行静态结构分析,验证轻量化方法的可行性。结果表明,金属结构在满足规范的刚度和强度要求下取得比较理想的轻量化结果。
Concerning the characteristics of the metal structure of escalator, the major lightweight methods were promoted. Among these methods, moire attentions were paid to the optimization of metal structure and a finite element model of the certain kind of metal structure was built by ANSYS to verify the feasibility of the methods. As a result, the satisfactory weight reduction is obtained with enough stiffness and strength of the metal structure.
