基于新一代GPS的空间直线度误差评定及其不确定度估计 被引量:9

摘要 基于新一代产品几何技术规范(geometrical product specification,GPS)的操作及操作算子技术评定空间直线度误差,给出最小二乘评定的数学模型;根据GUM(guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement,GUM)建议的方法,导出该模型的不确定度估计公式。实验结果表明,新一代GPS利用操作及操作算子技术可以规范、准确、高效地实现空间直线度误差的评定,且可操作性强;提出的空间直线度误差最小二乘评定的不确定度估计,不仅保证了空间直线度评定结果的完整性和有效性,而且可对我国现行的直线度误差检测标准的应用进行有益的补充。 Evaluate spatial straightness error based on the operation and operator technology of the new generation GPS(geometrical product specification), and present mathematical model of its least square evaluation. Educe the equation of uncertainty estimation for this model according to the method of GUM(guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement) suggests. The experiment results show that the new generation GPS can realize the evaluation of spatial straightness error correctly and effectively using its operation and operator technology, and have good maneuverability. The uncertainty estimation for least square evaluation of spatial straightness error presented can not only guarantee the integrality and validity of evaluation results, but also supplement the application of national active inspection standard for straightness error.
