摘要
汽车驱动桥桥壳是汽车底盘中主要的受力部件,承受着各种方向和形式的载荷,其主要的损伤形式是在交变载荷作用下发生的疲劳失效。基于某型驱动桥壳的有限元模型进行该桥壳的静强度计算,并在此基础上进行桥壳和焊缝的疲劳寿命分析,有限元仿真结果与台架实验结果相一致。基于分析结果,提出桥壳优化设计的方案。
The axle housing is a main part of the vehicle chassis, which is loaded various forces and the fatigue damage under alternating loads is the main invalidation mode. The finite simulation to static strength of certain truck driving axle housing had been done based on the finite element analysis (FEA)model, and the fatigue life of the axle housing and the welding line were analyzed according to the simulation result. The results for FEA agreed to that of the bench test. Some advice of improving the design was obtained at last.
