摘要
镁合金具有优越的物理和机械性能,但其耐蚀和耐磨性能较差。采用热化学反应法在MB2镁合金表面制备纳米陶瓷涂层,并采用XRD分析其相结构,分别测试涂层的耐蚀性、耐磨性,试验结果表明:涂层中有新相生成,基体结合强度较高,耐磨和耐腐蚀性能优良。
The magnesium alloy has the superior physics and the mechanical property, but it has poor anticorrosion and wear-resisting performance. Nano-ceramic coating was prepared on MB2 magnesium alloy surface by thermochemical reaction and its structure was analyzed by XRD. Corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of coating were tested. The results show that a new phase forms in coating i substrate has high bonding strength; coating has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
