摘要 为进一步研究硬质阳极氧化膜的结构和性能,采用自制的试验装置分析了2A12铝合金在低H2SO4浓度中的硬质阳极氧化膜结构。结果表明:在低H2SO4浓度中所生成的氧化膜的膜层结构与高H2SO4浓度中所生成的氧化膜的膜层结构不同,在低H2SO4浓度中得到的氧化膜膜层比高H2SO4浓度中得到的氧化膜膜层致密,疏松程度随H2SO4浓度的增加而增大。在低H2SO4浓度中得到的氧化膜的硬度与膜厚都要高于高H2SO4浓度中所得到的氧化膜的硬度与膜厚,但氧化膜表面粗糙度也较高H2SO4浓度中的大。 In order to further study the fabrics and properties of hard anodic film, analysis of hard anodic film structure on aluminum alloy 2A12 in a low-concentration sulfuric acid was analyzed with special apparatus. The experiment results show that the structure of anodic film in a low-concentration sulfuric acid is totally different as be in a highconcentration sulfuric acid, the density of anodic film in a low-concentration sulfuric acid is higher in a high-concentration sulfuric acid, but the rarefaction of anodic film is reverse. Hardness and thickness of anodic film in a low-concentration sulfuric acid are higher in a high-concentration sulfuric acid, and as well as the roughness of anodic film.
