4-(ω-丙烯酸丁酯氧基)苯甲酸酯类液晶的合成 被引量:2

摘要 以对羟基苯甲酸乙酯,4-乙酸氯丁酯和丙烯酸为原料,经醚化,酯化后合成-4(ω-丙烯酸丁酯氧基)苯甲酸,以二环己基碳酰亚胺(DCC)为脱水剂,4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂进行酯化反应,合成了一系列4-(ω-丙烯酸丁酯氧基)苯甲酸酯类液晶化合物,总收率大于60%,液相色谱测定了其含量均大于99%。研究了合成工艺、反应条件、提纯方法等因素对产率的影响。对合成的分子结构、液晶相转变和液晶态织构采用FTIR、1H NMR、MS、POM和DSC进行了表征。研究表明,该类液晶化合物呈现向列型液晶织态结构,且在较宽的温度范围内有很好的液晶性。 4-(ω-Arcyloybutoxy) benzoic acid was synthesized from ethyl p-hydroxy benzoate, 4-chlorbutylacetat and acrylic acid as major raw materials. With dicyclihexylcarbodiimide(DCC) as reagent and 4-dimethylaminopyridine(DMAP) as catalyst, a series of the objective products were obtained with a yield more than 60%. The mass fractions of the products by LC were over 99%. The effect of synthesis technique and extraction procedure on the yield has been discussed. At last, a reasonable synthesis condition is found. FT-IR, ^1H NMR, MS, POM with hot stage and DSC were used to study the structure, phase behavior and mesophase texture of the compounds. The results showed that the texture of the liquid crystal compounds were the type of nematic liquid crystalline, and the liquid crystal compounds had good crystal performance in a wide temperature range.
