摘要
运用DEA中的CCR和BCC模型对中国高技术制造业的R&D效率进行了测定,结果显示规模大的行业其R&D技术效率相对也较高,但各行业之间的R&D技术效率差异较大,而且大都处于低效率状态;中国高技术制造业的R&D规模效率大多处在规模无效状态,且规模无效的行业大部分处在规模递增区间。行业规模与R&D效率的实证分析结果表明,规模与R&D效率显著正相关,中国高技术制造业呈现出R&D规模效率特性。
We measured the R&D efficieneies of Chinese high-technology industries using CCR and BCC models. The results indicate the large industries have notable efficiency superiority compared to the small ones, but the distinct difference of efficiency exists among the industries and most of them are low. A majority of the industries are not scale efficiency, and most of them are scale-increase. The empirical study represents scale is the main factor that affects the R&D efficiency of high-technology industries.
