摘要
获取核心技术情报对提高我国企业国际技术竞争力具有重要指导意义。专利引文分析方法常被用来确定核心技术,但时滞比较长。对《德温特创新索引》专利数据进行专利家族分析和专利指定有效国分析,可以确认当前世界前沿技术领域的核心技术。
Affirming core technology has much instructive significance on improving international technological competency of China＇s enterprises. Patent citation analysis is often used to affirm core technology, but the time tag is long. Methods of analyzing Derwent patent family and designated states can be used to affirm core technology of world current technology frontier .
