摘要
一个地区的区域创新能力受到多种影响因素的制约,不同因素所起的作用也不同。系统动力学方法为确定不同影响因素的作用和重要程度提供了一种解决方案。简要介绍了区域创新系统概念、系统动力学方法,以广西为研究对象,在对其区域创新系统进行系统分析的基础上,设计了广西区域创新系统模型的总体框架。通过建立系统动力学模型并对动态仿真结果进行分析,发现人才和资金是制约广西区域创新系统建设的瓶颈要素,进而提出了相关建议。
Ability to the regional innovation system is restricted by many factors. Different factors also play different roles. Systemic dynamics method presents a new way to identify the influence and significance among the different factors. This paper introduces the concept of regional innovation system and system dynamics approach. It also takes Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example to research its regional innovation system by establishing the systemic dynamics model. Based on the detailed system dynamics study on Guangxi regional innovation system, the result is that human resource and financial capital are the bottlenecks elements to constrain the development of this system. This paper also explores a new approach to combine the systemic dynamics and the regional innovation system of western region.
