摘要
很多实证研究证实,拥有强大组织文化企业的绩效优于其它企业。既然强大的组织文化对企业绩效产生积极影响,那么一个值得研究者关注的问题便是强大组织文化是如何形成的?哪些因素影响了组织文化形成的强弱?我国不同所有制企业组织文化形成强弱的影响因素有何不同?在对国内外组织文化形成方面的研究文献进行回顾和评价的基础上建立了实证模型,进而通过选取民营企业、外资企业和国有企业的样本,采用统计分析方法对该模型的假设进行了检验。研究的结果表明,不同所有制企业组织文化形成强弱的影响因素显著不同。
Organizational culture became one of the hot topics in management research area since two decades ago. Most of the papers in this area were concentrated in the topics of the relationship between the organizational culture and organizational performances. Many researchers had confirmed that strong culture having positive effects on organizational performances. This paper studied the questions as: how does the strong organizational culture created? Which factors do affect strengthen of organizational culture? Is the factor impacting on strengthening of organizational culture different among the companies with variety ownership in china? After reviewed the former studies of organizational culture creation, this paper developed an empirical research model about factors impacting on the creation of organizational culture. It also tested those hypotheses by using the date of private enterprises, state-owned enterprises and foreign invested companies separately. This paper found that the impacting factor on strengthen of organizational culture were significant different among private enterprises, state-owned enterprises and foreign invested companies.
