摘要
目的:龙门式石材加工中心所使用的横梁是其主要功能部件之一,其横梁的长度设计为5.425m,为保证加工中心的加工精度,设计满足强度和刚度要求的横梁。方法:本文作者使用了SolidWorks建模及其自带的COSMOS/Works有限元分析模块对不同方案和不同结构尺寸的横梁进行了有限元分析。结果:通过静态分析和数据比较,笔者优选了一组最佳设计方案。结论:使用Solid- Works建模及其自带的COSMOS/Works有限元分析模块进行有限元分析的方法进行大型复杂结构的有限元分析,可以有效节省建模时间,提高工作效率。
A transom whose crossbeam length designs the crossbeam being 5.425 meters is used In a Machining Center for stone material. In order to design the transom, the author has used SolidWorks to build the model and COSMOS/Works finite element analysis software having carried out finite element method analysis on the crossbeam being unlike a scheme and being unlike the structure dimension. By analyzing the structure and the traditional T-shaped structure, and different sizes of T-beams, the authors designed a set of optimized parameters.
