摘要
以NaClO2溶液为吸收剂,在自行设计的小型鼓泡反应器中进行了烟气同时脱硫、脱硝的实验研究,分析了影响脱除效率的各种因素及规律.试验发现,NaClO2初始浓度、吸收溶液初始pH值、吸收液温度、SO2和NO初始浓度等对脱除效率影响较大;在确定的最佳试验条件下,脱硫、脱硝效率分别达到100%和95.2%.另外还利用光化学方法分析了脱硫、脱硝产物,结果表明:脱硫产物主要为SO42-,脱硝产物主要为NO3-;在此基础上,提出了酸性NaClO2溶液脱硫、脱硝的反应机理.
Experiments for studying simultaneous removal of SO2 and NO from simulated flue gas, with NaClO2 solutions as the absorbents, were investigated in a self-designed bubble reactor, while various influencing factors on the removal efficiencies analyzed. Experimental results show that, all the original concentration, pH value and temperature of absorbent NaClO2 solution as well as the concentration of SO2 and NO, have a significant influence on the removal efficiency. Under optimal conditions determined by considering former experimental results, removal efficiencies of SO2 and NO respectively reached 100% and 95. 2%. Besides, products of desulfurization and denitrification were analyzed by photochemical methods, and the results show that sulfate radical ion is the main desulfurization product, while nitrate radical ion is the main denitrification product. According to product analysis, the desulfurization and denitrification mechanism of NaClO2 acidic solutions is proposed.
