摘要 在对整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)电厂进行经济性估算时,工程设计、采购和施工成本(EPC)的估算直接影响其结果的准确性.国外相关EPC模型并不适用于我国.为此,结合国内情况以及相应设备的实际报价和工程造价,充分考虑到国产化程度的不同,对这些投资模型进行了修正,主要包括对地区因子、规模因子、时间因子的修正和添加,从而得到符合我国实际情况的IGCC的EPC模型. In economic assessment of Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC), estimation of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) cost directly affects the reliability of results. Relevant Foreign EPC models are not suitable for ChinEs situation. Reasonable modifications on these models were provided to take into account different localization levels of key equipments, based on equipment quotations and the actual project cost in domestic market. The main contribution is to add or modify regional factor, scaling factor and time factor to original models, finally obtaining the IGCC EPC model based on China's actual situation.
