摘要
本文研究了膦类萃取剂异烷基膦酸(1-甲基-庚基)酯(俗称P5709)萃取Eu(Ⅲ)的传质动力学。根据搅拌强度、界面面积和操作温度对传质的影响.初步判定P5709萃取Eu(Ⅲ)为扩散控制过程。研究了聚胺类表面活性剂(上-205)对传质过程的影响,实验表明,表面活性剂的引入使界面传质阻力明显升高.
Mass transfer kinetics of Eu(Ⅲ) extraction by hcptyl-1-methyl heptyl phosphonic acid(P5709) is investigated. Judging from the effects on mass transfer of stirring speed, interfacial area and operating temperature, the process of Eu(Ⅲ) extraction by P5709 is preliminarily considered to be diffusion-contr6lled.
