中国林蛙消化管胚后发育的组织学观察 被引量:3

摘要 用解剖和组织切片技术对中国林蛙Rana chensinensis蝌蚪(23~46期)消化管的形态和显微结构变化进行观察比较。结果表明,在中国林蛙幼体的胚后发育过程中,消化管长度从28期的37.0mm逐渐增加至39期的95.3mm,在变态过程中又缩短至22.0mm。胃从42期开始膨大, 46期在位置和形态上与成蛙相似。消化管粘膜上皮逐渐完善,粘膜下层和肌层逐渐出现并加厚。胃腺、小肠腺以及杯形细胞在42~43期出现。说明林蛙消化管的组织结构特征与变态发育过程中食性的变化相适应。 The changes of shape and the microscopic structure of digestive canal of Rana chensinensis tadpoles in postembryonic development (stages 23~46) were studied. The result showed that the length of digestive canal increased gradually from 37.0 mm at stage 28 to 95.3 mm at stage 39, and dropped suddenly to 22.0 mm in the metamorphosis process. The stomach swelled at stage 42 and the location and shape were similar to adult frog at stage 46. In addition, the epithelial layer developed completely, the submucosa and muscular layer of digestive canal appeared gradually and become thick subsequently. The gastrointestinal glands and goblet cells appeared in stages 42~43. These indicated that the histology characteristic adapted to the feeding habits change during the metamorphosis process of Rana chensinensis tadpoles.
