摘要
用氧化物法制备了Li0.35Zn0.3Fe2.35O4铁氧体材料,研究了烧结温度对材料微结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,烧结温度越高,晶粒越大,矫顽力Hc越小。适宜的烧结温度可以提高密度db、饱和磁化强度Ms和降低铁磁共振线宽△H。在烧结温度为1160℃时,可以制备出高Ms、高Br/Bs、低Hc及低△H的LiZn铁氧体材料。
The effects of sintering temperature on the microstructure and magnetic properties of lithium-zinc ferrites prepared by a conventional ceramic method were investigated. The results showed that the average grain size increases and coercive force decreases with increasing sintering temperature. A proper sintering temperature is beneficial to improve density and saturation magnetization, and decrease ferromagnetic resonance line-width of the samples. The lithium-zinc ferrite was prepared with high saturation magnetization, high squareness ratio, low coercive force and low ferromagnetic resonance line-width when the sintering temperature is 1160℃.
