摘要
对比分析了虚拟企业与传统企业的不同,基于虚拟企业独有的特点,建立了虚拟企业质量保证体系模型——铁三角模型.阐述了信息质量管理体系、客户服务质量管理体系、供应链质量管理体系以及各成员企业传统IS09000质量管理体系在虚拟企业这一环境下的含义、特点和作用.
Analyzing the differences between the virtual enterprise and traditional enterprise, then based on the specialty of VE, the model of quality guarantee system of triangle model is set up. The signification, characteristic and function of information quality management system, customer service quality management system, supply chain quality management system and member quality management system based on the standard of ISO9000 are expounded.
