摘要
在建立数控加工知识库的基础上,应用Cimatron软件建立了对应的程序模板与零件加工模板.应用模板可以快速完成程序编制,提高数控编程的质量与效率,并实现基于知识的加工,规范工艺路线与工艺参数.并以实例说明了NC模板的创建与应用.
On the basis of establishing NC knowledge database,programming model and parts manufacturing ternplates are set up using cimatron. Programming process can be completed quickly, and quality ＆ efficieucy of programming can be improved. Knowledge manufacturing, technology process and technology parameters can be realized. At last, establishing and application of NC templates are explained by a typical mold core＇s programming as an example.
