摘要 目的:观察调心方对阿尔茨海默病(AD)模型大鼠学习记忆等行为学及海马组织胆碱酯酶(CHE)和单胺氧化酶(MAO)的影响,探讨调心方抗AD的作用机制。方法:持续注射D-半乳糖法致亚急性衰老大鼠模型,根据脑立体定位图谱,用鹅膏蕈氨酸(IA)化学损毁大鼠双侧Meynert基底核。以"Y"型电迷宫进行学习记忆观察,用分光光度法测定大鼠海马CHE和MAO的活性。结果:调心方可以提高模型大鼠的记忆能力(P<0.05),提高模型大鼠海马组织中CHE活性(P<0.01),降低MAO活性(P<0.01)。结论:调心方可以提高AD模型大鼠学习记忆能力,其作用机制可能与大鼠海马组织中CHE和MAO活性改变有关。 Objective: To observe the effect of Tiaoxin prescription on the learning and memory abilities and activities of Cholinesterase (CHE) and Monoaminoxidase (MAO) in nerve tissues of the Alzheimer's disease (AD) rats, and discuss the anti-AD effects of Tiaoxin prescription. Methods: The subacute aging models were made by injecting D-galactose; and then both sides of NBM were damaged with ibotenic acid (IA) according to the stereotaxic atlas of rats. The learning and memory abilities were determined by "Y" maze; and the activities of CHE and MAO in the hippocampus of rats were tested by spectrophotography techniques. Results: After the treatment of Tiaoxin prescription, the memory ability and the activity of CHE in the hippocampuses of rats increased (P〈0.05,P〈0.01), but the activity of MAO decreased (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Tiaoxin prescription can improves the memory ability of AD rats, and the mechanism may be related to the decreased activity of MAO and increased activity of CHE in the hippocampuses of AD rats.
