摘要
目的:观察新型"伞状记忆合金支架"联合动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定对羊股骨头内骨缺损的治疗效果。方法:健康成年雄性小尾寒羊16只,一侧为正常对照(A组),一侧股骨头建立羊股骨头内骨缺损的动物模型,并用新型"伞状记忆合金支架"联合DHS进行治疗(B组),12周后取双侧股骨头标本行HE染色、Masson染色观察和X-ray检查。结果:手术组HE和Masson染色可见大量新生骨小梁,排列整齐,连续性好,部分骨小梁增粗,可见成骨细胞,X-ray检查呈现出成骨改变。结论:新型"伞状记忆合金支架"能减少软骨下骨修复塑型期间的恶性力学刺激,促进软骨下骨质以及股骨颈内松质骨的重建和再塑型,逆转股骨头塌陷等病理生理过程。
Objective: To review the treatment of goat bone defect in femoral head using neotype "umbrella memory alloy support frame" and dynamic hip screw. Methods:16 healthy male adult small tail goats, one side was normal as contrast group(group A), on the other side a model of goat bone defect in femoral head was created, and then treated with neotype "umbrella memory alloy support frame" and dynamic hip screw(group 13). Results: There were lots of neogenetic bone trabeculas in group B. They had good spread and continuity. Some bone trabecula were thickened. Osteoblasts could be seen.Bone growth phenomenon appeared in X-ray. Conclusion: Neotype "umbrella memory alloy support frame" could decrease worse mechanical stimulation as repairment of subchondral bone, promote the restitution of subchondral bone and prevent the pathophysiological process for collapse of femoral head.
