二氯丙醇环化制备环氧氯丙烷的工艺及动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 考察了各种因素对二氯丙醇环化反应的影响,以及无机盐NaCl的存在对粗环氧氯丙烷(ECH)溶液浓度的影响。建立了环化反应的动力学模型并验证了其正确性,得到了二氯丙醇环化反应的动力学参数。结果表明,二氯丙醇环化的最佳反应条件为:二氯丙醇与NaOH的摩尔比为1∶1.2,环化温度为75℃、反应时间为90 s。二氯丙醇环化反应为二级反应,1,2-二氯丙醇和1,3-二氯丙醇环化反应的活化能分别是94.19 kJ/mol和92.23 kJ/mol。 The influence of different factors on cyclization of dichloropropanol, and the effect of the presence of NaCl on the concentration of crude epichlorohydrin were investigated. The kinetics model of the reaction was established and proved, and the kinetics parameters of the reaction were obtained. The results showed that the optimum conditions for cyclization of dichloropropanol was as follows: mole ratio of dichloropropanol to NaOH was 1 : 1.2 and reaction time was 90s at 75℃. Cyclization of dichloropropanol was a simple second order reaction, and the activation energies of 1,2-dichloropropanol and 1,3-dichloropropanol were 94.19 kJ/mol and 92.23 kJ/mol, respectively.
