摘要
采用国家标准和煤炭行业标准的检验方法,系统研究了-10~30℃的树脂及锚固剂的凝胶时间的变化.结果发现:选择2种型号的树脂,树脂和锚固剂的凝胶时间与温度存在一致的对应关系,即随着温度的升高,凝胶时间显著下降;并且温度每升高10℃,树脂的凝胶时间缩短1/2左右,甚至2/3以上;锚固剂的凝胶时间也缩短1/2左右.
According to GB/T 7193.6 - 1987 and MT 146. 1 -2002, the gel time of the resins and capsules at the range of - 10 - 30 ℃ was discussed. The result indicates that the gel time of the two types of resin and capsules reduces with the rise of temperature. Each 10 ℃ rising, the gel time of resin is shortened half, or even 2/3, and the gel time of the capsules also reduces half or so.
