摘要
通过理论分析得出带排扭矩随着润滑油流量增加而逐渐增大,加载初始可以通过控制润滑油流量使测功机实现小功率范围内的线性加载;同时分析了摩擦片开槽对带排扭矩的影响.结果表明,在相同润滑油流量的情况下,开槽摩擦片的带排扭矩小于不开槽摩擦片,摩擦片开槽数量越多,带排扭矩越大,摩擦片开槽的深度对带排扭矩的影响不明显.
Through theoretical analysis, found that towing torque increased with the increases of lubricating oil flux. If controlled the lubricating oil flux from minimum to its maximum value, obtained a linear increased load torque. That means lower load could be utilized in hydroviscous dynamometer and scope of its load testing power could be enlarged. Furthermore, influences of slots on friction plate were analyzed. Conclusions are drawn that towing torque of those have slots is less than that have no slot, also towing torque increases with increase of slot' s number on the plate, but slot' s depth have little influence on towing torque.
