丁烷四羧酸对黏胶纤维的交联改性 被引量:4

摘要 采用多元羧酸交联剂丁烷四羧酸(BTCA)对黏胶纤维进行交联处理,通过酸碱滴定法分析了不同交联温度对黏胶纤维酯化交联反应的影响。结合酯化度,探讨了交联处理对黏胶纤维的保水率和力学性能的影响。结果表明,交联处理后黏胶纤维的保水率降低,初始模量增大,干、湿断裂强度有一定程度的提高。 Butanetetracarboxylic acid (BTCA) was utilized as the crosslinking agent for the esterification crosslinking of viscose fibers. The influence of the temperature on the crosslinking degree of the viscose fibers was investigated by taking advantage of the acid-base titration method. The water retention rate and the mechanical properties of the crosslinked viscose fibers were discussed. It was found that the water retention rate of the crosslinked viscose fibers decreased, while the initial modulus of the crosslinked viscose fibers was enhanced and the strength at break of the crosslinked viscose fibers was improved to some extent.
