摘要
近两年来,移动商务业的发展十分迅速。巨大的用户基数、便捷的应用工具、贴身的使用体验,以及不断发展的新技术等预示着移动商务将成为未来商务活动的主题。但移动商务业毕竟是一个新兴的产业,在发展中遇到了很多问题。针对我国移动商务业发展现状及存在的问题,本文从品牌、渠道、运营、用户开发四个方面探讨了推动移动商务企业发展的对策和建议。
In the recent two years, the mobile business has developed rapidly. The huge user base, the convenient application tools, the personal use experience, as well as the sustaining development of new technologies and so on, all of these indicate the mobile busi- ness will become the subject of future business activities. But mobile business industry is an emerging industry after all, and it has met many problems in the process of developing, which restrict its healthy development. In view of the current development status and the existing problems of mobile business industry in our country, this article discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of mobile business enterprises from the four aspects as brand, channel, operation and user developing.
