摘要
残疾人高等教育入学英语考试说明的规范与统一,是我国残疾人高等教育单考单招工作的一个重要进程,它进一步完善了中国特殊教育体系,保证了中等与高等特殊教育之间更好的衔接,彰显了我国高等教育的公正性和公平性。
Standardization and unification of the instruction for the college entrance examination for the disabled prople is an important process in the independent enrollment of the higher education for the disabled prople ,which has further perfected the special educational system in China,ensured better link between the secondary education and higher education and illustrated the justness and faimess of our higher education.
