摘要
基础音乐教育与素质教育有着不可分割的联系,提高音乐教师的综合素质是关系到如何更好实施艺术教育培养目标的重要作用。对于当前音乐教师知识结构普遍存在专业知识单一化倾向,专业修养、教育理论修养、个人素质等方面,还存在很多不足,教师对必备的人文、社会、科学知识掌握偏少,在实施教师知识结构复合性、多样性发展的同时,音乐教师必需要加强学习,丰富音乐教学手段。
Elementary music education is in close contact with quality education, and improving the comprehensive quality of music teachers is related to how to better implement the objecive of fostering arts education. At present, primary and secondary school music teachers generally get a simple professional knowledge, they are lacking in professional culture, educational theory and personal quality, etc. As teachers' knowledge structure deverloping multiply and diversely, music teacher should enrich teaching methods.
