转Bt基因棉花对新疆棉田主要害虫和天敌种群的影响 被引量:5

摘要 2002和2003年通过对新疆库尔勒垦区主栽转Bt基因棉(抗9)和常规棉(20-1-4)的定点、定株调查,分析转基因对棉田主要害虫和天敌的种群数量影响。结果表明,两类棉田主要害虫发生期、发生量存在显著差异性,但发生趋势基本一致。靶标害虫棉铃虫卵期发生量在两类棉田无差异性(P>0.05);在幼虫的发生量上,常规棉田显著大于转Bt基因棉田(P<0.05)。非靶标害虫棉蚜、棉叶螨、牧草盲蝽象的发生量转Bt基因棉田显著高于常规棉田(P<0.05),两种类型棉田中主要天敌瓢虫、草蛉、食蚜蝇、食虫蝽、蜘蛛在发生期内发生量均无显著差异性(P>0.05)。 The investigation of major transgenic cotton (Bt cotton)(antia)and conventional cotton (20- 1 -4) in Korla Reclamation Area of Xinjiang was conducted in 2002 and 2003 and the effect of transgenie on the main injurious pests and population density of natural enemies was analyzed. The analysis results demonstrated that there was significant difference between the occurred period and the occurred quantity of the two types of main cotton pests, but the occurrence trend is basically the same. In the investigation period, the occurrence of target pests of cotton bollworm eggs in the two cotton fields has not significant difference (P 〉 0.05). However, The occurrence percentage of the larva in conventional cotton field was signifitantly greater than that in transgenie cotton field . The population in conventional cotton was higher than that of Bt cotton. The occurrence of non- target pest , cotton Aphids, cotton spider mites, Lygus bugs, in transgenic cotton was much higher than that of the conventional cotton ( P 〈0.05). During occurrod period there was no significant difference of the main natural enemies such as ladybeefles, lacewings, syrphids, predatory bugs and spiders ( P 〉 0. 05).
