农药精喹禾灵分子印迹聚合物的制备及其识别特性

摘要 采用分子印迹技术合成了对农药精喹禾灵有高选择性的印迹聚合物。该聚合物以精喹禾灵为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为自由基引发剂。用紫外光谱和红外光谱对印迹聚合物性能进行了研究。对不同底物的结合实验结果表明,该聚合物对精喹禾灵具有良好的选择性吸附。Scatchard分析表明,精喹禾灵与MAA形成两类不同的结合位点,离解常数分别为Kd1=8×10-5mol/L和Kd2=1.34×103mol/L。该聚合物对精喹禾灵呈现出高的选择性,有明显的开发应用价值。 The Molecularly Imprinted Polymer has been prepared with Quizalofop - p - ethyl, a plant growth regulator, as the template, the fixture of methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene dimethacrylate (EGDMA)as the crosslinker.The study of imprinted polymer was conducted by use of UV and infrared spectrum. The study on binding different substmtes indicated that the MIP possessed excellent selectivity toward the template comparing with other analogs. Scatchard analysis showed that two kinds of recognition sites were formed, and their dissociation constants Kd were approximately Kd1 = 8 × 10-5 mol/L and Kd2 = 1.34 × 10-3 mol/L. The result of this study proved that the molecularly imprinted polymer has great development and application values for Quizalofop - p - ethyl.
