不同哈密瓜品种苗期对细菌性果斑病的抗病性鉴定 被引量:13

摘要 为探明新疆哈密瓜不同品种对瓜类细菌性果斑病(Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli)的抗性差异,提供筛选抗耐病性材料的新来源,通过室内喷雾接种法,对30个哈密瓜主栽品种和后备品种(系)进行了苗期抗病性鉴定,结果表明:新金雪莲为高抗品种,病情指数为2.73;新密25号等12个为中抗品种;新密杂7号等12个为中感品种;金凤凰等5个为高感品种,最高病情指数为52.30;没有免疫品种。 In order to understand the disease resistance of different kinds of Hami melons to Acidovorax avenae subsp. Citulli and to provide a new source to screen the varieties of disease resistance and disease tolerance, identification of disease resistance of thirty kinds of Hami melons was made in Xinjiang. According to the statistical results of disease index , it showed the five high sensitive varieties including Jinfenhuang( golden phoenix), etc. The highest disease index is 52.30 , the twelve middle sensitive varieties including Xinmiza 7 ( new hybrid Hami melon 7), etc,the twelve middle resistant varieties including Xinmi 25(new hybrid Hami melon 25). Xinjinxuelian(new golden snowflower) are high resistant variety , the index is 2.73.There is No immune variety.
