一株产朊假丝酵母菌表达体系的研究初报 被引量:6

摘要 产朊假丝酵母是一种GRAS生物,已经作为添加剂广泛应用于食品和化妆品行业。它在作为宿主菌的表达系统方面的研究也有报道。但目前国内尚无产朊假丝酵母通用的高效表达体系的报道。简单介绍了其在国内外的研究进展。并以青贮饲料中的一株产朊假丝酵母为出发菌株,结合项目研究,就构建产朊假丝酵母表达载体的几个元件进行重点评述。研究结果表明:初步构建了一种产朊假丝酵母通用的整合表达载体,对其表达体系的应用进行了初步探索。为微生物青黄贮菌剂的分子改良及应用提供一定的理论基础。 As a GRAS safety biological, Candida utiliz has been widely used in food, cosmetics additives. The expression system in a Candida utilis for the host are also reported. This article has a brief introduction about construction of expression vector in Candida utilis, and its research progress at home and abroad. Our experiment revealed that our vector can be used widely in Candida utilis. But more experiment should be made to improve its stability. This article offers references for effective molecular operation in the microorganism silage addtive industry.
