摘要
以中棉36号和新陆早13号棉花为试验材料,进行不同磷营养水平的水培试验,用HPLC法分离和测定棉花五个生育时期不同部位的内源激素含量。结果表明,低磷胁迫下两种棉花的三种内源激素在生育期和不同植株部位表现出动态变化的差异,赤霉素、玉米素在棉花叶中的含量变化起伏较大,且均于花期达最小值;生长素在叶、茎、根中的含量变化较明显,尤其是叶中的含量变化最大;低磷胁迫下棉花GA3/IAA、ZR/IAA值花期达最小值,铃期达最大值。
The nutrition experiments for Zhongmian36 and Xinzaolu 13 have been done by using water cultivated method with different phosphorus level in greenhouse, and the hormones indoles - 3 - acetic acid (IAA), zeatin (ZR) & gihherellic acid ( GA3 ) in cotton leaf, stem and root are tested by using high efficient liquid chromatography method during the five growth periods of cotton. The results show that the three hormones of the two otton species are varying during different growth periods under the condition of low phosphorus level, the GA3 and Zeatin contents vary greatly in the cotton leaves, and reach the minimum value at blossom. The IAA content in cotton leaf, stem and root change obviously, especially in cotton leaf. The ratio of GA3/IAA,ZR/ IAA reaches the minimum at blossom, and the maxmum at bolling stage.
