摘要
目的验证Schitz眼压计(ST)与Goldmann眼压计(GT)的一致性。方法随机抽取门诊初诊病人50名(100只眼),排除标准为红眼、眼内炎、外伤及角膜病变患者,屈光度>+2.0 D或<-2.0 D,眼压>30 mm Hg;应用Goldmann眼压计进行眼压测量,5 min后应用Schi tz眼压计进行眼压测量。结果Schitz眼压计与Goldmann眼压计测量的眼压平均值分别为(16.88±4.17)mm Hg和(16.97±4.15)mm Hg,ST与GT测量值中位数分别为15.9 mm Hg和16.0 mm Hg,ST测量值中位数比GT低0.1 mmHg;两种测量方式的测量值显著相关,Pearson相关系数r=0.8964,P<0.0001;Bland-Altman分析显示两种眼压计的测量值具有很好的一致性,测量值之差的平均值为-0.4 mm Hg,标准差为1.84 mm Hg。结论对于30 mm Hg以下的眼压测量,Schitz眼压计与Goldmann压平眼压计的测量结果具有良好的一致性;且Schi tz眼压计的测量值普遍小于Gold-mann压平眼压计的测量值。
Objective To validate the agreement and correlation of Schiotz tonometry (ST) and Goldmann applanation tonometry ( GT). Methods A total of 100 eyes of 50 first visit patients were selected randomly. Exclusion criteria were red eye, a history of intraocular inflammation, trauma and corneal diseases, the refractive state being more than ± 2D, and IOP 〉 30mm Hg. IOP was measured by Goldmann applanation tonometry and Schiotz tonometry 5 minutes later. Results Mean lOP was ( 16. 88 ±4. 17 ) mm Hg for ST and (16. 97 ±4. 15) mmHg for GT. The mean difference between the measurements obtained with both techniques was 0. 4 mm Hg. The medians were 15.9 mmHg for ST and 16. 0 mm Hg for GT. The difference in medians between ST and GT was 0.1 mm Hg with lower average results for ST. A significant correlation between ST and GT was found, and the Pearson correlation coefficient of ST and GT was r = 0. 8964, P 〈 0. 0001. Conclusion In case of patients with IOP 〈 30 mm Hg, the Schiotz tonometry and Goldmann applanation tonometry indicate higher agreement, and ST results are a little lower than GT results.
