本文介绍了金属针布摆式冲齿机按假想工作角的余角排车,并在上摸上进行修正的排车方法.此法的优点是避免了更换品种时要重新调整冲齿和主轴中心线的麻烦,缩短了翻改品种时的停机时间,取得了一定的效果.
This article describes the method of mounting a MCC pendulum punching machine according to the complementary angle assumed working angle and corre- cting the mounting angle by mounting the die. This method eliminates the step of readjustment of shaft axis of the machine and shortens the down time when changing MCC types or sorts.
