On Chinese Law Construction Under the New Visual Field of the Harmonious Society

建设具有中国特色的社会主义法治,是我们党的几代领导人一直在努力探索的重要课题,也是当前构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保障和内在要求。文章阐述了法治的内涵及我国法治建设的发展进程,并就和谐社会视野下如何巩固与发展我国的法治建设做了初步探讨。

Constructing the socialism law with Chinese features, is an important topic that several generation leaders of our party have been investigating hard. It is also the important guarantee and inherent requirement for building the socialist harmonious society. This paper elaborates briefly the content of the law and the development process of our country＇s law construction, and then make an initial strategy study about how to strengthen our country＇s law construction under the new visual field of harmonious society.
