摘要
治理理论在20世纪80年代开始在西方兴起,作为一种新的社会治理模式,表现出了巨大的影响力和生命力。其提出的治理理念和方式与和谐社会建设存在着天然的契合之处,对中国构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的理论和现实意义。
As a new governance mode, the governance theory developed in 1980s, and has shown enormous influence to allof the world. The governance ideas and path are very similar to the ideas of the harmonious society. And the governance theory will have significant academic and practical meanings to the construction of the harmonious society.
