暖宫孕子丸质量标准的研究

Studies on the quality criterions for nuangong yunzi pill

目的建立暖宫孕子丸的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别暖宫孕子丸中的川芎、白芍、黄芩。结果薄层色谱法鉴别的三种中药材供试品色谱中,在与对照药材或对照品色谱相应的位置上均能显相同颜色的斑点。结论该方法简便、准确、专属性强、重现性好。可用于控制暖宫孕子丸质量。

Aim To establish a quality standard for nuangong yunzi Pill. Methods Rhizoma chuanxiong,radix paeoniae alba and radix scutellariae were identified by the new TLC. Results TLC indicated that three identified herbs could show the same color pot as the con- trol herbs or contrast in the same position. Conclusion The new TLC methods were simple, rapid and accurate. They can be used for the quality control of nuangong yunzi pill.
