高效液相色谱法测定格列齐特缓释片的含量和有关物质

Determination of related substances and content in gliclazide sustained-release tablets by HPLC

目的建立格列齐特缓释片的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。结果线性范围为0．804-4．824μg（r=0．9996），平均回收率为100．13％，RSD为1.33％（n=9）。结论本方法可用于格列齐特缓释片的含量测定。

Aim To establish a determination method of gliclazide sustained-release tablets. Method HPLC was used. Results The linear range was 0. 804 - 4, 824 ug（ r = 0. 999 6 ）. The average recovery was 100. 13% with RSD of 1.33% （n = 9 ）. Conclusion This method is suitable for determining the content of gliclazide sustained-release tablets.
