摘要
目的:探讨精神病患者杀人、伤害、强奸、抢劫、纵火5种暴力行为特征的差异。方法:对我院2003年至2006年的鉴定案例中,实施5种暴力行为且具有精神科诊断的分别为30例、69例、27例、19例、18例,设为杀人组、伤害组、抢劫组、强奸组、纵火组。收集一般资料,进行多个量表测查,然后分析数据。结果:五组彼此之间在一般资料、BPRS、PANSS、HAMD、IQ、MMPI、SDSS等方面存在一定的显著性差异。结论:具有不同暴力行为的精神病患者的特征不同,应区别对待。
Objective：To explore the characteristics of psychiatric patients with five kinds of violent crimes, such as homicide, injury, rape, robbery, arson. Methods：Controlled analysis were conducted among the five groups patients identified from 2003 to 2006. Some data were collected and analyzed , such as personal data, BPRS,PANSS.HAMD,SDSS,MMPI,IQ, et al. Results： There were some statistically significant differences between these groups each other in personal data and the results of BPRS,PANSS, HAMD,SDSS ,MMPI,IQ. Conclusions： There was more difference among the characteristics of psychiatric patients with five kinds of violent crimes. They would not be treated as a whole one.
