中西医结合治疗精神分裂症30例对照研究

Integrative Medicine in the treatment of schizophrenia 30 cases Control study

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法:将符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)精神分裂症诊断标准的60例患者,随机平分为中西医结合组与利培酮组。疗程8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:中西医结合组显效率为76.7%,利培酮组为73.3%,两组疗效相仿(P>0.05)。但中西医结合组的不良反应较利培酮组少。其中,口干、便秘等植物神经系统症状及锥体外系反应的发生率显著少于利培酮组。结论:中西医结合组与利培酮组治疗精神分裂症的疗效相当,但前者某些不良反应较后者轻而少,具有更优越的安全性和耐受性,有较好的服药依从性。故笔者认为,中西医结合治疗精神分裂症是一种较为理想的治疗方法,值得进一步研究推广。

Objective：To study the efficacy and side - efficacy of Integrative Medicine in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods：Sixty schizophrenia patients who were diagnosed based on the Standard of CCMD- 3 were randomly divided into two groups, and administrated Integrative Medicine and Risperidone respectively for 8 weeks. The clihical efficacy was evaluated by PANSS and side - efficacy by TESS. Results： The clinical excellent efficacy reached 76.7% in group treated by Integrative Medicine and 73.3% by Ris- peridone. There was no obvious difference in two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The group treated by Integrative Medicine had less side - effect as compared with Risperidone group. Among the side - effects, dry mouth, constipation and other autonomic symptoms and the incidence of extrapyramidal reaction is significantly lower than the Risperidone group. Conclusions： Integrative Medicine is equivalent to Risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia, while the rate of side - effects is low in the former. It has a good safety, tolerance and compliance. Therefore, in my view, combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of schizophrenia is an ideal treatment, it is worth further study promotion.
